Salon etiquette: At Jo Williams Hair & Beauty, clients can use phones and laptops, but phone calls are discouraged. Please put your phones on silent as we'd like the salon to be a relaxing atmosphere.
Allergy/skin testing: new clients booking a colour service will need to visit the salon for a complimentary colour consultation and allergy test at least 48 hours before an appointment. This also applies to existing clients who haven't seen us in over 6 months or are looking to have a change of colour.
Cancellations and missed appointments
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule in order to fill the appointment space for another client. If an appointment is missed, cancelled or rescheduled (or reduced without the 48 hours minimum notice) the appointment will be charged in full. In the event that we are able to fill the appointment time, we will waive the charge. Thank you for your cooperation.

Do you do same-day appointments?

Do you offer root tints?
Yes! If you haven't visited the salon before, you'd need to have a skin allergy test at least 48 hours prior to colour service. Please call the salon to book this in. Thank you.
What products do you use?
At Jo Williams Hair & Beauty, we use only branded professional hairdressing products for all our services such as L'Oreal, GHD, Wow, Olaplex and Zen tape extensions.
